Y&T Lawyers (hereinafter referred to as “Y&T” or the “Firm”), founded in Suzhou in 1995, is one of the first partnership law firms in Jiangsu. In 2024, it has been successfully restructured into a special general partnership law firm. The headquarter of Y&T is located on 7/F, CSSD Tower, No. 15 Moon Bay Road, Suzhou Industrial Park with five local offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Kunshan, Changshu, Zhangjiagang and Taicang. The Firm boasts a square formation of over two hundred attorneys and executive staff，After 30 years of development, Y&T Lawyers now has 17 specialized departments, including the Capital and Securities Department, the Financial Bond Department, the Foreign Affairs and Compliance Department, and the Intellectual Property and High-tech Department. In 2021, it was commended by the Ministry of Justice as a "National Excellent Law Firm".
