Mr.Jiang is executive director of the Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association, vice president of the Suzhou Lawyers Association, member of the CPC Suzhou municipal committee legal expert database (first and second sessions). He also acts as a legal advisor for the Xiangcheng District Committee and Government, and as a non-permanent member of the Administrative Reconsideration Committee of the Suzhou Industrial Park. Additionally, he is a mediator at the Suzhou Mediation Center of the China Chamber of International Commerce, a neutral eva1uator and mediator for foreign-related civil and commercial disputes at the Suzhou International Commercial Court, an expert on the "Civil and Administrative Prosecution Expert Advisory Network" of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, a non-permanent member of the Administrative Reconsideration Committee of the Suzhou Public Security Bureau, and a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Kunshan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.

Mr. Jiang Weidong currently serves as a legal adviser to dozens of companies and government agencies.It has provided full-process legal services for the investment of many foreign investors in China (including preliminary negotiations with the government, determining project structure, plant construction, company establishment, production and review of investment documents, etc.), as well as whole-process legal services for overseas merger and acquisition projects of domestic investors.

He graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in Economics and a bachelor of Bachelor of Law.From August to October 2016, he was sent to Victoria University in Australia by the Department of Jiangsu Justice and Jiangsu Bar Association for further study.From October to November 2019 ,he was sent to the University of Law in UK for International Arbitration Programme by All China Lawyers Association .
